Serious Sam FE V1.05

Toggle Ammo freeze on all weapons with alt f1.
Toggle Infinite Health with alt f5
Toggle Ghost mode on with = and off with -.
Toggle Kill all with 0.
Armour value has been added as well.

Notes:
1:If you leave the values frozen during level cycle there is a chance the game will crash.

2:All but ghost and kill all will work on your own server as those are using in game cheats.
